We’ll build a short, fast-pouring menu around the two of you — his and hers drinks, a house punch, and non-alcoholic options for every guest.
Cocktail hour to last call
Setup, service, and breakdown are ours. We stage the bar away from your dance floor so the line never crosses the party.
Rain plan included
If the weather turns, portable bars move service inside your reception space. We confirm the backup plan before the day.
We travel across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex — Dallas, Fort Worth, Frisco, Plano, McKinney, Allen, Grapevine, Southlake, Rockwall, Arlington and beyond. Travel is free within 30 miles of Dallas; past that most events add a small trip charge. For questions concerning mileage cost, call 972-860-1740.
How far in advance should we book our wedding bar?+
Three to six months is ideal for weddings. Spring and fall Saturdays across DFW book up first, so reach out as soon as you have a date.
Do you supply the alcohol for weddings?+
Both ways work. With The Trailer (from $850) you supply the alcohol and we bring everything else; with The Whole Rodeo we plan the beverage program and handle the alcohol.
How many bartenders will we need?+
We plan roughly one bartender per 75 guests. For larger receptions or a fuller cocktail menu we’ll recommend a second bartender when you inquire.
Can you set up at our outdoor venue?+
Yes — ranch properties, barn venues, private estates, and open-air venues are where the trailer shines. We just need a flat, accessible spot with room to park.
Is your staff certified and insured for our venue?+
All of our staff is TABC and Food Handlers certified. We pour every drink ourselves and card anyone who looks under 30 — send us your venue’s requirements and we’ll make sure everything lines up.
