Double R Mobile Bar is a vintage horse trailer mobile bar and bartending service based in Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas. This policy explains what we collect when you request a quote and how we use it.
What we collect
When you submit the quote form or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, event date and times, event address or city, guest count, package and trailer preference, and any notes you choose to share. We also collect basic, anonymous website usage data through Google Analytics.
Why we collect it
We use your details for one purpose: to check availability, prepare an accurate quote, and coordinate your event. Event address, date, guest count, and package help us price travel, staffing, and bar setup.
How we contact you
By submitting the form you agree that we may contact you by phone call, text message (SMS), or email about your inquiry and booking. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, or by emailing book@doublermobilebar.com.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers that run our website, database, and email delivery, and only so they can deliver your inquiry to us. We may disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept as long as needed for booking, event records, and our business and tax obligations. You may request deletion of your information at any time.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand which pages visitors use, which places a cookie in your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to request a quote.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email book@doublermobilebar.com or call 972-860-1740 and we will take care of it.
