How is the mobile bar cart different from the horse trailer?+
Our vintage horse trailer is the signature Double R bar for events with space to park it. The portable bar cart is an indoor-friendly option when a trailer isn't the right fit for your venue or weather plan.
When should we ask for the cart?+
Tell us if your event is indoors, space is tight, or you need a rain backup. We'll talk through the location and recommend a bar setup that works for your event.
Do you serve Dallas and Fort Worth?+
Yes. We serve events across Dallas, Fort Worth, and the wider DFW area. Travel within 30 miles of Dallas is included; ask us about travel beyond that when you inquire.
What's the difference between The Trailer and The Whole Rodeo?+
The Trailer is our BYOB option: you provide the alcohol and we handle the bar and bartending. The Whole Rodeo is custom full service, including beverage planning and alcohol. Ask us how a portable indoor setup fits your event and package.
