One vendor for the bar: delivery, setup, certified service, and breakdown. We coordinate load-in windows with your venue or facilities team.
Responsible service
Every bartender is TABC and Food Handlers certified. We pour each drink, card anyone who looks under 30, and manage pacing through the night.
Works indoors or out
Parking lots, courtyards, and open venue floors all work. Onboard battery power means no scramble for outlets, and portable bars cover indoor spaces.
We travel across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex — Dallas, Fort Worth, Frisco, Plano, McKinney, Allen, Grapevine, Southlake, Rockwall, Arlington and beyond. Travel is free within 30 miles of Dallas; past that most events add a small trip charge. For questions concerning mileage cost, call 972-860-1740.
Can you invoice our company?+
Yes. Send your event details through the quote form and we’ll return a written quote and agreement you can route through accounts payable. A deposit holds the date and the balance is due before the event.
Do you handle drink tickets or an open bar?+
Both. Tell us the format — open bar, limited menu, drink tickets, or beer and wine only — and we’ll set the service up to match your budget.
Can you serve a large headcount?+
Yes. We plan roughly one bartender per 75 guests and add staff for larger receptions. Additional bartenders are $50 per hour per person, four-hour minimum.
Do you travel to our office or venue?+
We cover the whole DFW metroplex. Travel is free within 30 miles of Dallas; beyond that most events add a small per-mile trip charge, and multi-day activations are priced differently. For questions concerning mileage cost, call 972-860-1740.
Can the trailer be branded for our event?+
We can work with your decor and signage around the trailer — share what you have in mind when you inquire and we’ll tell you what’s possible.
