Why Dallas hosts book the trailer
We’re local
We roll out of the Inwood Road area, so Dallas events are close to home — delivery, setup, and breakdown within 30 miles are included in every package.
Built for Dallas backyards
The 12-foot trailer fits driveways, yards, and parking lots. We bring our own battery power, so no venue outlet or generator is needed.
From 30 to 200+ guests
Small backyard gatherings through large receptions, with a bartender for roughly every 75 guests to keep the line moving.
We travel across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex — Dallas, Fort Worth, Frisco, Plano, McKinney, Allen, Grapevine, Southlake, Rockwall, Arlington and beyond. Travel is free within 30 miles of Dallas; past that most events add a small trip charge. For questions concerning mileage cost, call 972-860-1740.
Do you deliver anywhere in Dallas?+
Yes. Dallas events are inside our free travel radius — delivery, setup, and breakdown are included. We just need a flat, accessible spot to park the trailer.
How much does a mobile bar cost in Dallas?+
The Trailer package starts at $850 and you supply the alcohol. The Whole Rodeo is a custom quote based on guest count, event length, and drink menu.
Where do you park the trailer?+
The trailer is 12 feet (17 with the hitch) and arrives behind our 15-foot truck, so it needs room to back in safely. Once parked it can’t be moved by hand, so we confirm placement with you ahead of time.
Do you need power at the venue?+
No. We bring a large power bank battery to every event.
Can you supply the alcohol?+
Either way works. With The Trailer you buy the alcohol; with The Whole Rodeo we handle beverage planning and the alcohol. All staff is TABC and Food Handlers certified and we card anyone who looks under 30.
