Why birthdays book the trailer
The party's centerpiece
Guests naturally gather around the trailer — it's a bar, a photo backdrop, and a conversation starter all in one. Hundreds of events served across DFW, and birthdays are some of our favorites.
Easy on the host
We handle setup, service, and breakdown, and bring our own battery power — no outlet, generator, or bar knowledge needed. You actually get to enjoy your own party.
Signature drinks, your way
Name a cocktail after the guest of honor, match the menu to a theme, or keep it classic — with The Trailer you bring the alcohol, and with The Whole Rodeo we plan and provide it all.
We travel across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex — Dallas, Fort Worth, Frisco, Plano, McKinney, Allen, Grapevine, Southlake, Rockwall, Arlington and beyond. Travel is free within 30 miles of Dallas; past that most events add a small trip charge. For questions concerning mileage cost, call 972-860-1740.
Is the trailer a good fit for a birthday party?+
It's our most-booked kind of party. The trailer becomes the centerpiece of the yard — guests gather around it all night, and it photographs beautifully. Hundreds of events served across DFW, and birthdays are a favorite.
How much does a birthday bar cost?+
The Trailer package starts at $850 with free travel within 30 miles of Dallas — you supply the alcohol and we handle everything else. The Whole Rodeo is a custom quote where we plan and provide the full beverage menu too.
Will the trailer fit in my backyard?+
Usually, yes. The trailer is 12 feet (17 with the hitch) and arrives behind our 15-foot truck, so it needs room to back in safely. Driveways, side yards, and open gates all work — we confirm placement with you ahead of time.
Do I need power or anything set up?+
No. We bring a large battery power bank, plus ice, garnishes, basic mixers, and cups. You just point us at a flat spot and we'll handle setup and breakdown.
Can you do themed or signature drinks for the party?+
Absolutely. Signature cocktails named after the guest of honor are one of our favorite touches — tell us the vibe and we'll build a menu around it.
Check your date.
Tell us the date, the city, and roughly how many guests — we'll confirm availability and send a clear quote, usually the same day.
